How we operate

Denis Horder & Associates are flexible in terms of the scope of assignment undertaken, ranging from the provision of a specialist to be part of a client's own management or project team, through to providing a fully resourced external group operating under an appropriate control structure directed by the client.

Our aim is to be an extension of the management resources available to you, the client.

While each enterprise has its own particular objectives, the majority of assignments focus on improved customer service methods and performance, cost reduction and/or increased resource and asset utilisation. A key part of every assignment is to establish the client's criteria for success and to ensure that outcomes are practical and contribute a worthwhile improvement which is measurable by this criteria.
